Certificates and reports, the moment voting closes
The count is not the end of an election. Your committee still owes winners a mandate and members a report, and both used to take weeks of manual typing. On EasyPoll they are generated from the sealed result, so there is nothing to compile by hand.

Computed, not typed
Nothing is transcribed by hand. Certificates and reports are drawn from the same sealed tally the audit trail seals, so a certificate cannot disagree with the declared result. Re-issue one at any time and it comes out identical.
Present them with confidence. A winner's certificate, the branch breakdown and the audit extract together are what a board, an AGM or an independent reviewer asks for when a result is questioned.
